Charles Swaim, Ed.D., President and Technology Design
Chuck specializes in technology visioning, planning, design, and implementation for education. He has more than ten years of experience in providing direct project management expertise and consulting to educational facilities, state and local governments, and Fortune 10 and Fortune 500 companies. Program management has included requirements definitions, manufacturer and vendor negotiations, and quality control mechanisms which yielded at least 25% savings. Joanne Huebner, Vice President and Master Facilitator
With her background as an educator, Joanne brings both a visionary perspective and a solid foundation on the practical side of instruction to each project. Joanne works primarily as an educational facility planner and director of business development. Her skills in facilitation have been developed with many school divisions and with many facets of strategic planning from program change and implementation to public relations plans to rezoning for growth. She currently serves as Immediate Past President of the Chesterfield Public Education Foundation Board of Directors where her focus is on building positive relationships with donors and creating awareness of the benefits of public education. Carl Chafin, Ph.D., Partner and Senior Planner
Carl's area of expertise is in data gathering, analysis, review and feedback and in group facilitation processes. His responsibilities have included capital improvement planning, strategic planning, enrollment forecasting, facility maintenance, environmental health and safety, instructional technology, information systems management, accountability/school improvement, and student support services. He has been responsible for facilitating the work of numerous citizen/staff committees to achieve consensus on critical and sometimes divisive issues facing the school division, resulting in recommendations to the school board.
